Celebrating Excellence: Kamini Chappiti Awarded Path2Pilot Distance Learning Scholarship

Kamini Chappiti, 2025 Path2Pilot Scholarship RecipientPath2pilot are excited to announce Kamini Chappiti as the deserving recipient of their premier ATPL distance learning scholarship. After receiving many applications from candidates within the UK and EASA market, the panel felt that it was Kamini's dedication and unwavering passion for aviation that set her apart from the other applications.

Kamini, a recent PPL graduate from Aero Club in Shropshire, has been pursuing her dream career in commercial aviation since the young age of 15. As well as pursuing her academic achievements, Kamini has actively sought out various networking and development opportunities to increase her knowledge of aviation and develop the soft skills required for commercial aviation. Not only has Kamini been involved in the 2022 Fantasy Wings Aviation Development Programme and attended the 2023 NATS’s Future Minds Programme, but she also completed a CAA work experience initiative through the online Lift-Off Aviation and Aerospace project. Kamini is also an avid member of the British Women’s Pilot Association (BWPA) where she found out about the P2P Scholarship opportunity.

Kamini Chappiti had the following comments on receiving the Scholarship: "Receiving this scholarship for my ATPL course is truly life changing. It represents more than just financial support, it is a validation of my passion for aviation and my commitment to becoming a skilled commercial pilot. This opportunity allows me to focus on my training without financial constraints, pushing me closer to achieving my dreams. I look forward to excelling in my training and, one day, inspiring others to pursue their own dreams in aviation."

Norman Beasant, Training Director of Path2Pilot said: “Path2Pilot recognises that commercial airline training can be unaffordable for some, often excluding highly motivated and passionate individuals from pursuing a career in commercial aviation. By providing scholarship programs, we are removing potential cost barriers as part of our commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the aviation industry. In a world where dedication and hard work often go unnoticed, we believe in shining a spotlight on those who truly soar above the rest. We wish Kamini every success in her studies with us at Path2pilot and her future aviation career.”
