EASA Distance Learning ATPL Course

Path2Pilot has over 10 years of teaching ATPL subject and is an EASA approved ground school. Over the last few years, we have developed an online Distance Learning approach which has grown from strength to strength, offering our students the same high quality learning experience with flexibility in mind. Our Distance Learning ATPL Ground School training is delivered by UK-based Path2pilot.com for your Transport Malta, AustroControl or any EASA NAA exams. Now available 100% online for individual students and Flight Schools (EASA ATOs) outside Scotland - wherever in the world you are located. It is a flexible and personalised part-time course lasting from 11 to 19 months.

What's Involved?

Allowing our students to study from the comfort of their own home, our distanced learning approach provides the very best reference material in the form of electronic iBooks with embedded pictures, videos and progress tests to ensure that you are leaning the subjects thoroughly and well enough to pass the exam with very good marks. You also get full support from our highly experienced Instructors who are all current or past airline pilots or engineers.

Our course is broken down into 4 modules each with 3 subjects. Distance learners are given a designated instructor who oversees your progress and achievements on a monthly basis. You are given 121 sessions to raise questions, ask for advice and share study tips, so we can pro-actively guide you on your route to success. You will get an Instructor led online revision day with a practice EASA style exam to ensure that you are ready for the real exams which you can take with any National Authority of your choice, depending on which EASA country you wish to issue your fATPL licence.

ICAO English Language Certification

Path2Pilot have been selected to offer our European and International learners the opportunitiy to prepare for and sit their English Language Certificate, underwritten by LingAero, France. As you will be aware, the international language required for all in-flight aviation communications is English, so it is major advantage to do the ATPL ground course in this language. Improving your English will stand you in good stead for both airline interviews and your long-term career in aviation. You will absorb the technical aviation language from reading the course material and have a better understanding of the ATPL exam questions. Path2pilot also can offer English language tests and with one of our in house qualified examiners. If you are looking to complete an EAL exam for your required EASA licence qualification then please contact us to discuss how we can help with your English Language Certification.
